Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of the warehouse, you will be responsible for various duties such as receiving and processing stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. If you are detail-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment, and have a positive attitude, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report any quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
