1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Salary: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide feedback for process improvements, inspect products for quality and safety, and assist in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize, execute efficiently, apply policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, walk, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
