1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in fulfilling orders efficiently and maintaining warehouse operations at peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety concerns.
• Work independently within designated responsibilities and contribute to achieving warehouse goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Organizational efficiency and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
