1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining warehouse standards.

Shift Details

• Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM start time)
• Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Starting Wage: Up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Work collaboratively with peers and leadership.
• Report product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Perform tasks accurately and within company policies.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Perform various physical tasks in differing temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
