Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in organizing, moving, and preparing merchandise for delivery, ensuring the efficient functioning of our supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving products.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
