Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
