Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Engage in bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying tasks.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
