Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As an essential part of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing stock, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product for quality and safety compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
