Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. You will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, handling orders, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and collaborate with management for improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
