1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are hiring Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join Aldi's dynamic team for 1st Shift positions. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving incoming stock, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment and unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counting and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and report quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds of product and operate warehouse equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
