We are looking for a dedicated and reliable 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in efficiently organizing and managing stock to fulfill orders and maintain warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report product quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capacity to work in various temperature conditions and operate industrial equipment.
