Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Conduct warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and within company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
