1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks, including selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The role requires working collaboratively with team members and warehouse leadership, following safety guidelines, inspecting product quality, and driving efficiency within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate equipment.
