Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and report issues.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
