Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the warehouse, including stock management, order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
