Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation, sorting, loading, and unloading following product handling guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Offer input for process improvement and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication, and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, carrying, and operating equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, both hot and cold.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
