Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Position Type:

Part-Time

Average Hours:

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Assist in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input on process improvements.
• Ensure product quality and safety compliance.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptable to changing work demands.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
