Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores efficiently to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a Warehouse Associate, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect and maintain product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently following guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration in work.
• Adapt positively to challenges and pressure, striving for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks, following company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
