Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse associates play a critical role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This position offers an average of less than 30 hours per week, working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. With comprehensive training and safety programs, we equip our associates with the skills needed for success.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Offer insights to enhance warehouse processes.
Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and conscientiously.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and operate equipment safely.
