1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure our customers receive high-quality goods. This position is part-time, with employees working less than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas. A comprehensive training and safety program will equip you with the necessary skills for success.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
