1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment according to safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare for delivery.
• Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, walk.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
