1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time role involves working 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. The shift starts at 8:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
