1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership. The position offers part-time hours, with the starting wage at $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
