Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and preparing for deliveries.
• Perform various physical tasks in warehouse environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
