1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week and a competitive starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse and maintain safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and cooperate with a team.
• Demonstrates positive attitude and resilience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
