Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
