Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This Full-Time position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, depending on the schedule. As a warehouse package handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and process improvements. The role requires physical agility and the ability to operate industrial equipment safely.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
- Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
- Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety.
- Participate in inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness and collaboration.

- Efficient organization and execution skills.
- Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
