1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient stock selection, product handling, and warehouse operations to support our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to work efficiently in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
