1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations ensure products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores efficiently. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered equipment.
