1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to ensure operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report concerns.
• Perform all assigned tasks efficiently.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Education and Experience

• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
