1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to improve processes and achieve goals.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, product integrity, and safety.
• Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to change.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
