1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. The candidate will be part of Schedule B, which entails working on weekends following a specific rotating schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Participates in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperates effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborate well with the team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and execute with efficiency.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

The candidate must frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
