1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Type: Full-Time
Starting Wage: Up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Independently make decisions within delegated responsibility.
• Assist warehouse management and achieve goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, collaborate, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and organize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork proficiency.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place items up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
