1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in taking inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety concerns, taking independent actions as needed.
• Assist in achieving budget goals and follow safety guidelines.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently within company policies.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for product integrity and safety.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment.

• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Works well independently and in a team setting.
