1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift begins at 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to work efficiently and follow company standards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
