Job Description
We are looking for Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining warehouse standards, cooperating with peers and warehouse leadership, and contributing to process improvements.

Starting Wage
- Up to $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift
- 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.
- Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Perform various physical tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
