Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. The role requires collaborating with team members and warehouse leadership, inspecting products, and ensuring operational efficiency within the allocated budget. Additionally, you will be expected to follow safety guidelines, operate equipment, and communicate effectively to improve processes. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
