1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The role offers up to $26.75 per hour based on shift differentials and schedules. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Contribute input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
