1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's team. As a Full-Time member, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on your shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise relocation, sorting, loading, and unloading tasks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Have good organizational skills and efficiency in task execution.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
