1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Handle merchandise following product guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and collaboration.
• Adaptable with a positive attitude and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
