1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. This position has a 7:00 AM start time and is currently hiring for Schedule B.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and assist in achieving budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Physical Demands

Frequent lifting, moving, and varied physical tasks in different warehouse environments.
