1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
