1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team on a Full-Time basis. As a Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and ensuring timely order fulfillment for our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
