1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and management for an efficient workflow.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and notify management of any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
