1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing stock efficiently, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, and teamwork competencies.
• Adaptable, positive attitude, and drives for success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
