Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $18.00- $22.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Interacts effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input for process improvements.
• Inspects product quality and safety.
• Acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals.
• Performs tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

Perform within ALDI Acts competencies. Must be 18 years of age or older. Collaborates and cooperates with the team, demonstrates a positive attitude, resilience, and drives for success. Organizes and executes with efficiency.

Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment. Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
