1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at ALDI. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting the operational efficiency of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues promptly.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
