1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift. The position primarily involves managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
