1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Assist in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goal achievement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
