1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. You will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Successful candidates will demonstrate competencies in safety, quality, collaboration, positive attitude, efficiency, and drive for success.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures.
